India’s Rights Infrastructure for the AI Era

Your face. Your voice.
Your rights.

Zimorta lets Indian talent, creators, agencies and brands register, price, license, monitor and enforce likeness, voice and IP — before AI does it without you.

The problem is scaling faster than the protection.

Music has labels, publishers and royalty societies. Your face and voice have — nothing. Meanwhile generative AI can put any Indian celebrity, cricketer or creator into any ad, in any language, in minutes.

What early-access users say

Sample voices from our pilot cohort — talent, agencies and brands.

★★★★★
“The first time a brand request arrived pre-checked against my AI preferences, I understood the point. My ‘no voice cloning’ rule is now enforced by software, not by my lawyer.”

★★★★★
“We manage 30+ regional creators. Rate cards plus ZimoRates ended the ‘quote kitna?’ chaos — our juniors now price a Gulf campaign the same way I would.”

★★★★★
“Legal used to be the slowest step in every campaign. Now the licence generates itself the moment talent approves — and Shield catches problems before publish, not after.”

Frequently asked questions

What exactly can I register on Zimorta?

Your facial likeness, voice print, name, signature, and creative works (images, videos, audio). Each registration gets a cryptographic provenance ID that deals, licences and detection all reference.

How do AI usage preferences work?

For each category — GenAI training, AI ads, voice cloning, face swaps, endorsements, political use — you choose allow, ask or deny. Advertisers on Zimorta physically cannot send you a deal that violates a "deny".

How is pricing decided?

ZimoRates combines your own rate card with usage type, territory and duration multipliers calibrated for the Indian market. You always see a suggested fair price next to any offer.

Does this hold up under Indian law?

Zimorta builds on rights Indian courts already enforce — privacy, passing off, copyright — plus the DPDP Act, 2023's consent requirements. A registered, timestamped record makes enforcement dramatically faster.

What does it cost?

Registration is free while we're in early access. Zimorta charges a small platform fee on licensed deals. Book a demo for agency and enterprise pricing.
